The project followed the Estidama Regulations to achieve all relevant to ADM. The building consists of 2 underground Basements, 3 podiums, an amenity Floor, and 24 Residential Floors + Roof Floor.
Marina Rise Tower is located in the new development in Abu Dhabi called Reem Island. As per details of Master Plan, RI development project envisions the development of approximately 800 hectares of land to accommodate a range of residential and commercial uses that will be supported by recreational amenities and community facilities. The prime objective is to ensure development of living community on RI, where people can live, earn, play and have educational and health facilities in the same vicinity.
The development project includes residential and commercial buildings, private houses, schools, a university, hospital, marinas, open spaces and an extensive network of parks, modern infrastructure including roads, water and power supply, public transport system, district cooling system, a wastewater and storm water collection system, and a wastewater treatment plant. ESHRAQ Development is located under on plot 2 overlooking AI-Maryah Island in the west side of AI-Reem Island.
The current project consists of the construction of a new green Residential building in AI Reem Island named Marina Rise Tower. The building is located in ESHRAQ Development sector plot C-03.
The building which height is 110m. is made up of 2 basements (for parking), 2 Podium levels (Commercial & Parking), 24 residential floors and roof. The area comprises a total of 234 residential apartments on 24 floors.
