The Scope of Work for the Project includes the Construction, Completion & Maintenance of Residential Building at plot RBW9-04 / Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi.

The Construction follows the Estidama Regulations as per the Requirements of the Emirate Abu Dhabi and its Municipality. The Building consists of:

• 10 Residential Floors
• Roof Floor
