The project involves the construction of a mall which will be built at Al Wathba in Abu Dhabi. It is expected to be completed in 2022. Al Wathba is a suburb of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates that has a wetland nearby. Al Wathba is a large area located close to the Abu Dhabi to Al Ain highway, approximately a 40-minute drive from the center of Abu Dhabi. Originally a small village, surrounded by desert, camel farms, and a nature reserve, the area has been developed on each side of the highway with a range of industrial areas and labor camps on one side and mixed residential areas, consisting of apartments and independent villas, on the Al Wathba South side.
